Return and exchange policy

Exchange and return policy:

In order to provide a satisfactory experience for our customers, we would like to clarify the following:

• Exchanges are available within three days of the date of receipt.
• Returns are accepted within three days of receipt.

Regarding the discounted items:

• Replacement is allowed within one day only.
• It is not eligible for return.

Please keep the item exactly as you received it, unused and with all its original accessories and packaging.

The amount will be refunded after the item has been inspected and its condition confirmed in accordance with the stated conditions.

The customer bears the shipping costs for the exchange or return.
